My Weight loss Plan

Morning
Thermo tea (i prefer original flavour i also like to buy 100g as it saves me money, but we have 4 different flavours)
I then make a freezing cold large glass of water with a capful of Aloe Concentrate (mango is my fav)
I then take my tablets which is 1 Formula 2 multivitamin for women which are amazing for hair, skin, nails, hormones and energy! I take 2 Fibre and herb and 1 Cell Activator which work amazing for your body helping your body digest food quicker.
I then make my shake...
2 scoops of Formula 1 (my fav flavours are strawberry, mint crunch and chocolate), 1-2 scoops of PDM which is an alternative to using milk its creamier and gives your body that extra protein it needs towards your daily target, 1 large scoop of Oat apple fibre which is one of my fav products it helps break down the saturated fats in your food, 1 scoop of Personalised protein powder, a handful of frozen fruit (you can buy in any local supermarket i get mine in sainsburys) i blend it all up and enjoy.

I then go on the school run and to the gym or home for a workout, after my workout I always have and love my Rebuild Strength Herbalife 24 shake which is sooo nice.
If i still feel hungry after all that i have a protein snack bar or a healthy snack (which i have a list i can provide you with)

Lunch 
I then come home and have my lunch time shake along with my tablets i took in the morning.

I usually feel full and happy and don't have anything else until my evening dinner if i do feel a little hungry or peckish i drink lots of water, a thermo tea or have another healthy snack (protein snack bars are great)

Dinner
For my evening meals I just make my normal family meals such as spag bol, spag and meatballs, Sunday roast, chicken and veg etc... I have obviously tried to make it healthier changing a few things. (courgettti instead of spaghetti is really nice) I have completely stopped drinking Diet Coke which I used to drink so much 🙈 I now drink lots of water and have around 5 cups of the thermo tea a day (another option is the Aloe Concentrate) 

My body is now getting everything it needs and I'm loosing weight... 

Alot of it is willpower if you have the willpower to do it and really want it then you can. Starting herbalife helped me stop eating so much rubbish and even stop smoking! i replaced alot of bad habits for healthier options (instead of a cigarette i was drinking a tea)
